This is an anthology of short articles from all over the world of horses. From stunt horses to the world of eventing, from racing to the rodeo, from James Herriot to Norman Thelwell. It's a bit dated now, but I found that this makes it more interesting. My favourite pieces were on the stunt horses, Thelwell's cartoons and the Battle for Barsheeba. Lots of lovely old photos to grin at too.
